Horrible experience with HR. Was contacted for a phone interview by HR, who appears to be very unprofessional and hard to understand. She asked some basic questions about working experience and salary expectations, only lasted 10 mins although it was scheduled for 30 mins. Got rejected the next day with no feedback. The funny thing is, I was then selected for phone interview by the same person for a different position next week. Although I guess I will probably be rejected again, I still scheduled my second phone interview. Two days before the scheduled time, I received another email indicating I was rejected by the position. Seems they only have one person to interview many positions, but this person is very unprofessional and just trying to build up her experience by showing how many people she has interviewed rather than really caring about candidates or the positions.

An AI assistant scheduled the initial interview screening with HR. The interviewer asked basic questions about qualifications and logistics. The pay range mentioned during the call was not the same as advertised, clearly there's been a disconnect within their internal teams.
