Back in December 2020, I applied on a weekday and immediately got an interview offer the very next day. I was able to have the interview scheduled through Zoom. The interviewer was a store manager who had been with the company for 20 years. He asked typical interview questions from a printed list he had right in front of him, maybe asked about 10 questions (situational questions "what would you do if", past experience questions "name a time when"). It was not a difficult interview at all and I got an offer at the end of the interview. Got an official email a few hours after the interview and that was it.
