I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Walgreens (Chicago, IL) in May 2022
Interview
Very long and arduous process, expect 2-3 months depending on seniority and team. There was a litmus exam, test project, and at least 4 rounds of interviews from beginning to near the end of the process. I found a job by the end of the 2 and a half month period and cut my losses even though I was at the final stages.
Long, delayed and they did not ask questions relevant to the position. I believe the person interviewing me was from HR, so not even on the team I would be working for.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walgreens in Jan 2021
Interview
First met with the HR/recruiter who was given a list of questions to ask me. I'm guessing she was just recording my answers because all she would say after each question was I got that down and then moved on to the next question. It was not really a conversation at all.
