Interview
In-store application and computer quizzes (call to check if terminal is available). Personality component is more straightforward than it appears; answer exactly as the company would want you to, not on personal initiative. If it is an option, pick choices along the lines of "I would ask/call for a manager rather than doing it (incorrectly) without guidance." Note: managers are forbidden from talking about the test. Comparatively, the skills tests are a joke, counting change, a few customer service situations, easy pharmacy math (PTCB level, know conversions) and typing test only 40 words per minute required. I already had PTCB and state license, was offered the job on the spot and accepted.

Do you ever have difficulty understanding accents or cutting someone off when they are belaboring the point?
Focused on customer oriented skills - desired you to have a PTCB certification - interview itself was very minimal, more just basic questions about yourself and it seemed like you were going to get hired from the start even without the interview.
It took 15 minutes, went very smoothly as the person interviewing me made sure I was comfortable and it was not awkward. I recommend working here if you are a student looking for part time work

How do you work with customers/patients in a difficult situation
The interview process was quick and to the point. Expectations were set. However manager was trying to sway me on a different position than what I was applying for leaning more towards the beauty counter just because I was a female.
