Applied online and contacted a week later for a phone interview. Invited to meet with the hiring manager and her peer manager. Standard questions, but both were extremely nice. The recruiter was great as well. After the one-on-one with the interviewers, I had to complete a skills assessment online, onsite. Nothing difficult. It was to review training that was already put together and to assess how I would improve it. A week or two later I was invited to come back in and a facilitate a training with the current training teams. The training topic was at my discretion. After the facilitation, I had a panel interview with the entire team to assess my cultural fit. Two weeks or so later I was scheduled for another phone interview with the VP of the department. It lasted for about 5-10 minutes, and he just asked me general questions about my experience. A week later I was offered the job.
