Interview
I applied on line, went into the store a few days later to do an assessment, then waited for store manager to contact me. I would recommend following up with store manger if you don't hear anything in a few days. I was then called in for an interview. Was asked 6 scripted questions, pretty easy. Then asked other questions about job requirements (overtime, shift work, etc).

Interview
It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
