The process is very strict and easy...................... Easy process.............. Communication was great ////////Hiring process was long and i was starving. I take like 5 hours to complete. Persons take for ever and you have to take an exam to complete and after passing they send you to drug test and background check

Interview process was basic and straight forward. If you've done customer service before you will be ok. Come dress professional. Be ready to ask questions to find out more about what the actual roles task. Also try to negotiate your hourly wage though you may not get it doesn't hurt to ask.
