Quick and simple, predictable questions about work history, tell me about yourself, questions about customer situations that you will encounter on the job and basic behavioral questions that you would find at just about any other customer service/WFH job out there. It was a phone interview, not a video interview, which was nice.

Applied online then I received a phone Interview and the next day I received an offer letter. The questions were very easy and I was able to do everything on my phone.
