I applied onlline and got response in a week.The interview was totally 3 rounds,first the recruiter call-they ask you about your experience level and the hiring manager -she asked the questions related to the experience and finally the director.All the interviews were only through phone.Hiring manager makes the decision director call is just nominal.He just asks basic questions.Pretty much welcomes you in to the team.It was a contract position.
