I applied through other source. I interviewed at Walgreens (Roseville, MN) in Apr 2014
Interview
Prepare yourself for a "behavioral interview". Google the term if you must. Instead of asking you what you "would do" in a situation, they want to know what you "have done". They want you to describe the situation in detail, what your actions were and the outcome of it all. Don't be afraid to take some time to think first, your response is more important than the amount of time it takes to answer.

Question 1
Tell me about the most difficult coworker you've had to work with. Describe the situation, how did you handle it, what was the outcome?
