I applied online. I interviewed at Walk-On's (Lafayette, LA) in Feb 2021
Interview
Was asked a few questions about what I would do in certain scenarios and about myself. Asked questions about what hours I was available. Very short process was maybe 10 minutes.
Very casual interview. General questions about serving experience. Questions about how you work in teams. In total the interview lasted about 25 to 20 minutes and I got the offer at the end of the interview.
Short and easy, asked a couple of questions and was offered job on spot. No experience prior to this job. Recommend working there, it is good money to have and staff was nice.
