The process takes 2-3 weeks. There is some preparation involved as you have to prepare a presentation and do a role play during the interview. It's a good idea as you get to learn about their solutions. The process went well. Felt that I was very qualified and also interviewed really well, but wasn't selected in the end. No feedback, so I don't know why they decided to go with another candidate. The team is pretty young and I am much older than the avg. employee, perhaps I wasn't a "cultural" fit.
