I applied online. I interviewed at WalkMe in Sep 2022
Interview
Submitted a resume and was contacted by a recruiter. From there, met with my direct supervisor and the VP Finance. The scheduling process was seamless (for being fully remote). The questions were well suited for the position I applied for.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WalkMe in Sep 2021
Interview
The first interview was with the recruiter and that was basically just her sharing what the job is from an expectation perspective. The second interview and third interview was with my direct manager and the manager of another department that this role would work closely alongside. The 4th and final interview was with the C-suite executive. It was a lengthy process but now than I'm an employee at WalkMe, I understand why. WalkMe is GREAT at finding a technician in the role but a matter of cultural fit.
