      QA Engineer Interview

      Jul 1, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at WalkMe in Jun 2026

      Interview

First phone interview was great and on time. We scheduled for a second interview via phone call, and they didn't call and even didn't let me know about rescheduling. After the second interview I received an answer via phone call from the recruiter, saying that they won't proceed with me due to lack of seniority in my current job, which is obsurd and not a reasonable cause

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We want every candidate to have a great experience interviewing with us, whether the opportunity works out or not. You should have received a communication from your recruiter rescheduling or canceling your second interview, and we will investigate this internally to ensure our expected level of strong communication is upheld. We appreciate the time you took to interview with the team, and we wish you the best in all future opportunities!
