The first call was with the HR and took 15 minutes to double check if there's a match in terms of experience. Before meeting in person I have been asked complete an online test with 30 minutes duration (like a psychometric test). The second time was an in person interview with the same HR who asked the same questions and obviously other info, and it took around 45 minutes. Right after the interview with the HR I met the person who was supposed to be my manager. Both interviews were long and it took around 2 hours in total at the same day. The third time I have been asked to run a cold call test which took me sometime to get prepared and additional 20 minutes call, and then I have never heard from them... From my point of view, no matter was their decision, they should have updated me. I think that the psychometric test was completely unnecessary and a waist of time, moreover the process was over exaggerated for a Sales basic position. Bottom line, make sure they’ll get back to you after all your efforts and time.
