Applied online and the recruiter reached out after 2 weeks. 30 min. screen with the recruiter, very friendly and good. Then I got to speak with the hiring manager. He was hiring his own replacement. That's a red flag. There can be a lot of bias. Unpolite, super-low EQ and after 50 min. of unengaged conversation questions, asks me a technical question about Salesforce without giving any background. Withdrew my candidacy immediately after with the recruiter.
