The WalkMe IPO reminded me of the absolute worst interview experience I ever had with them a few years ago. I was interviewed for Account Management and then switched to Professional Services after they decided I wasn’t a good fit. I went through the entire interview process again only to be denied the position. That’s fine, but the problem was that I had to spend hours doing some project for both positions. I have never in my life had to do so much for a company I didn’t work for. WalkMe’s culture and product aren’t even good enough to demand that type of interview process.

After about 3 rounds of speaking to different people on the team I was given an assignment. After that was successful there were 2 more rounds with leadership before an offer.
