This recruitment process ended up being utterly unprofessional. Things began normally. Phone screen with recruiter went well so I had an interview with the hiring manager a week later. 11 days after that, the recruiter responded with next steps and I was moved forward to an interview with the Controller. Completed that interview, followed up 7 days after the interview w/ Controller for an update and was told they were still interviewing. 20 more days passed with no word from WalkMe, so I reached out again and was given the same answer a couple days later. I never heard from WalkMe again. At least have the decency and professionalism to make a phone call or send an email to say you’ve offered another candidate or you’re not going to move forward with the process. Ghosting is unacceptable and speaks VOLUMES about your company.
