      Talent Team Interview Interview

      Jul 28, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WalkMe (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2015

      Interview

The whole interview process went really well! The first step was a phone interview (basic background/experience screen and I learned more about the role). Next step was an onsite interview, where I met the team and got a more detailed description of what my day-to-day tasks would be, with a few not too hard questions about how I would handle situations. There were no surprises or trick questions, overall a very smooth process!

      Question 1

More and more companies are now using LinkedIn as a recruiting tool to find potential candidates. Off the top of your head, what is a different and creative way to reach out, without seeming too invasive?
