I went through a tedious multi-level process, only to be ghosted at the end. I had an HR phone interview, a hiring manager Zoom interview, an assignment, another hiring manager interview (this time onsite), an HR interview (almost 90 minutes long), and a VP interview. After all that - radio silence. When I reached out to understand what's going on, I received the shocking answer that they decided on a reorg and are currently not hiring for this position anymore. This was shockingly unprofessional. I have never experienced such disregard for my time.
