I received a random call from a recruiter asking if I was interested in working for them and if I could move out to San Jose. Very weird question she asked was if I was okay with adding 5 years of experience to my resume after I completed the 5 week training. I said sure, and the next day I had a 30 minute phone interview. During this part, the interviewer asked basic questions such as can you please go over your work experience and education and can you describe to me what you know about supply chain management (my major, such a broad question!). After this, he was satisfied with my knowledge and told me he would be offering me a position. The next day I get an email from the recruiter with an offer to come train. They wanted $1,000 security deposit for the training. Basically, I want to warn you to be cautious of this company, and realize the risk of losing money if they do not land you a offer after training.
