I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Stafford, VA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Fairly basic interview; arrived early and waited by black double doors for a member of management to grab me. There were already a few others sitting around waiting for interviews as well. ZM for Apparel met me and took me back to conduct first interview; basic questions involving job experience, schedule, school and a few scenario questions (when have you... name a time when...etc.). Passed the first interview and sat back out by the double doors for asst. manager to do final interview, waited and waited, took about an hour for managers meeting to be over then finally got taken back to do second interview. More scenario questions, mostly involving customer service and past job experiences.

Question 1
Give me a time when you went above and beyond for a customer in a previous job?
Nothing really, they practically hired me on the spot. I was a teenager and they seemed short staffed, so it makes sense, although it was my first job and they probably should've actually asked me a few questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Conway, SC) in Jan 2021
Interview
Easiest interview I’ve ever had, it didn’t feel like an interview. The manager basically told me what I would be doing if I accepted the job and didn’t ask me any questions besides my availability.

Question 1
Only questioned asked was What’s your availability?
