Applied online. They called me in. We talked. They asked questions. I answered. We sat down at a desk in the office. The offered water. I sipped it. I told them hours. They told me hours.

First you will fill out an application online and just hope they call you. Then you will interview with the department manager for your position. If that goes well you will have a panel interview with at least one assistant manager where they go back and forth asking questions. As long as that goes well they will generally offer you the position. You will have a day of orientation and then spend a couple of weeks doing your computer based training.
