I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Overland Park, KS) in Apr 2013
Interview
Asked 3-4 relatively open ended questions that were highly concerned with customer service. Halfway through the interview, they got a different manager and re-interviewed me for an electronics sales associate position instead of an unloader.

Fast, quick, and very easy! They try to get through it fast so you can get right to work! They were kind enough to have a quick interview so I could finish up with my other job before I started my job here.
