I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Pine Hills, FL) in Jan 2017
Interview
You get a phone call from personal, not your actual boss, to come in for an interview. Either they, or your actual boss will conduct the interview. They'll offer you the job with a printed description, that won't match what your actually going to be doing.
Just behavioral questions with being asked on what days are you available. If you have experience in working in retail then it will help a lot. Overall pretty easy interview
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Macon, GA) in Mar 2023
Interview
It's was fairly normal and quick. The normal questions in regards to strengths and weaknesses. Also a few questions with scenarios and how you would handle said scenarios of you were a worker.
It was a very easy process and the interviewer was very nice. He gave clear directions and the next steps were very clearly stated. I was very proud of Walmart!
