Interview
First interview was with the assistant manager, going over availability, application and a few questions. Second interview was a few days later and was with the manager. she asked one question and let me read over the job description. She read some terms and asked if I acknowledged them. She then took me to the training office, where I talked to the person who schedules interviews and she set me up for a background check and gave me a welcome folder. Easy, quick and nice interview.
Nothing really, they practically hired me on the spot. I was a teenager and they seemed short staffed, so it makes sense, although it was my first job and they probably should've actually asked me a few questions.

Easiest interview I’ve ever had, it didn’t feel like an interview. The manager basically told me what I would be doing if I accepted the job and didn’t ask me any questions besides my availability.
