I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Queen Creek, AZ) in Aug 2017
Interview
First, they get ask already give a lengthy questionnaire to see what type of person they're hiring. When they decide to hire that person, then the call them in for an interview. After that, they ask general questions to see what type of person they are hiring and if they're fit for the job. They might give a little tour of what's to be expected at the store depending on who is interviewing you.
it was okay. not too long. normal interview question. applied online. got a call. in person interview. waited 2 days then got an offer and waited i bit longer to start the orientation as they are getting more people.
Very chill and laidback. I did not have a a problem answering any questions that were asked by the hiring manager. I would do it again if I was offered another interview by the company.
