Easy, straightforward and quick.
Got a call from walmart that I have to go for an interview on such and such days and at such and such time. Went there and then the called me for interview. Interview took 15 mins.
Group interview where we were asked to roleplay various scenarios. We also interviewed individually with managers where they asked us specific questions related to customer service. The HR manager then called me a few days later with news on the job.

Was given an interview date and time to go in. Interview was in a group and they asked simple questions about hobbies and current activities, as well as some conflict management questions. Asked if there was a specific department I wanted to go into or try. I chose electronics and was accepted.
