phone interview and one computer skill test, two rounds of face to face interviews. In the face to face interviews, the last round is usually the highest management. It's a good sign when you get to the second face to face interview.
Phone screen with HR and then an in-person interview. Panel interview at home office with 3 people. The interview process is relatively straightforward, with a heavy focus on STAR behavioral questions: S.T.A.R. - Situation, Task, Action, and Results.

Phone screen then F2F need to know the Star method for answering questions. Sat with two people in a vendor room and had a conversation. Asked for contact information to follow up with them afterwards.
Phone interview followed by in person. Overall took 1 month from start to finish. Pretty standard process with no surprises. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this compnay
