I applied online and they called me a few weeks later. There were 3 interviews complete by separate managers, same questions rearranged. I complete all 3 interviews in one but I hear that most people do one and have to be called back for the next. A friend of mine had to wait weeks between interviews.

Question 1
All of the questions were situational and overall the interview was easy. Some example questions: describe a time when you went above&beyond for a customer; describe a time when someone misunderstood you and how did you fix it; describe a time when you had to make a plan to solve a problem, etc
Relaxing interview. Felt more like a conversation to know each other better before starting employment. The interviewers were friendly and accommodating, providing me woth additional details on the work environment and and job scope.

the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.
Interviewer was a nice person. It was not very challenging or stressful to get through the interview. I felt confident in my interview that I would be considered for the job.
