Walmart contacted me via phone and asked for me to come in for an interview. I went in for my interview and i met with the human resource manager. She was very nice and knew her job very well. She asked me alot of questions and told me about the company, my expectations, and what id be doing. We also discussed my pay and date to start. The interview ended about hr. later and i got the job and my date to come in for orientation.

Relaxing interview. Felt more like a conversation to know each other better before starting employment. The interviewers were friendly and accommodating, providing me woth additional details on the work environment and and job scope.

the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.
Interviewer was a nice person. It was not very challenging or stressful to get through the interview. I felt confident in my interview that I would be considered for the job.
