I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart in Sep 2013
Interview
I had applied online, and after about three weeks I finally received a phone call. The person in whom I was speaking to was a "human resources associate". They asked if I was still interested in the position and I answered yes. They offered me an interview for the next day. For the interview the next day I dressed in a simple two button short sleeve shirt and a pair of slacks and dress shoes. I was then interviewed by the assistant manager for about 15-20 minutes. They asked basic questions such as for example "Name a time where you had to communicate with others to achieve a goal." Another question was "Name one of the hardest things you've ever had to and how did you achieve the final outcome." After the interview they said they would contact me in a day or two and let me know if I got the job or not. The next day I got a phone call from the assistant manager letting me know that I got the Job!
