Quick and painless but they renegotiated my contract 4 days after my employment because "they payed me too much" in my initial offer that was signed and agreed upon.
I had an offer within a day of speaking to HR and was at an orientation within two days.

Explained what the role of the department is and asked a few questions on my work experience. Questions such as what are my hobbies and how would I deal with impacting systems issues. Also asked how I would handle some customer service issues.
