El proceso dentro de las 2 primeras entrevistas una con RH y otra con un panel fue muy veloz, todo en menos de una semana. Después no hubo respuesta como en 2 semanas y media y me comentaron que la vacante había sido congelada. Un mes y medio despues se contactaron conmigo para volver a activar el proceso.

The interview process was excellent, super smooth and agile, also they are nice and flexible. I had an good experience with the recruiter, hiring manafer and the VP. Also was all digital via zoom making the experience even better.

I had a total of four interviews:. The first was a phone screen within a few weeks of application. Second was a phone interview with another HR Manager from a different facility and the AGM. Third was in person with the GM and AGM. The last was a phone interview with the Sr. HR Director.
