Applied online, received an invitation to come into the office to interview with three Replenishment Managers.
Most questions were behavioural with the expectation that you answer with situation, action and result. All questions were scripted and generic with each manager taking turns to ask a question. There were approximately 10 questions. You should prepare several questions in advance.

Tell me about a time that you had to go revisit a problem that you thought you had fixed. What did you do differently?
Phone screen with HR and then an in-person interview. Panel interview at home office with 3 people. The interview process is relatively straightforward, with a heavy focus on STAR behavioral questions: S.T.A.R. - Situation, Task, Action, and Results.

Phone screen then F2F need to know the Star method for answering questions. Sat with two people in a vendor room and had a conversation. Asked for contact information to follow up with them afterwards.
Phone interview followed by in person. Overall took 1 month from start to finish. Pretty standard process with no surprises. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this compnay
