I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart
Interview
applied online, received a call back after applying online pretty quickly, had to do 3 interviews, one phone, one in front of a panel, and one with the hiring manager, process was pretty quick but redundant, drug tested on site, after drug screen analysis and background check. i was hired on friday and started monday
Showed me the shop, walked me to hr since I had previously worked at a different Walmart.
Talked to me about pay increase option due to working before in this position. Ran some “numbers “ and couldn’t offer me more than $3 more than I made in 2014… it’s 2024.
Then said let me know but never sat down or asked much at all
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Uniontown, PA) in Aug 2018
Interview
They asked multiple questions. Proceeded with a drug test the same day. Waited for the results. Then I was hired maybe a week later? I’ve have been there for three years now. The questions were easy as expected and the managers were nice.
