First interview was with Recruiter who focused on personality fit and star method story telling. They prepared you for the next round of interviews. Second interview was a technical one with team lead and was more skills based. This interview was more difficult and specific to large data processing. It also involved learning about the specific job function, the projects that they are working on and how you could help the team. The second interview was much more thought provoking and there were some challenging problems to work through

I had a wonderful experience during my Karat interview for Walmart's Sam's Club position. The interviewer was fantastic—he was incredibly positive, made me feel at ease throughout the process, and was very helpful. His supportive and calm demeanor allowed me to focus on the tasks and feel confident during the interview. I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. It was good, the technical questions where very solution oriented and required good amount of thought. Questions included coding, SQL and infra. Code need not compile but a sudo code should be written while the screen was shared.
