No interview at all. I applied online and recieved an email to show up for orientation. That was it. There's nothing more to add but this review box is requiring me to use "at least thirty words" so I'm just waiting this last part to take up space and move on.

I didn't get an interview. Just got hired after applying online.
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
