The interview process is pretty straight forward, basically ‘is your schedule flexible?’, ‘can you work weekends?’, and that’s about it. It’s not hard to get hired at all, basically just be yourself, and just make sure you know what position you applied to before you get in over your head.

Why Walmart was a big question because they don't generic answers or flattery, they look for if you genuinely want to work for the company and be part of that culture
Relaxing interview. Felt more like a conversation to know each other better before starting employment. The interviewers were friendly and accommodating, providing me woth additional details on the work environment and and job scope.
