Smooth process, contacted via the college career fair, online assessment followed by 1 hour interview based on STAR. Entire process took 3 weeks. Online assessment based on logic and behaviour

Spoke to several leaders in PM org and supported business. Mostly talked about background and experience. Behavioral questions, no technical assessment. Role was customer focused so lots of questions on customer experience background. Overall the people were great and the interview experience was positive, except it took a very long time to get back with outcome.

Recruiter was extremely helpful and informative. Scheduling the 2nd round of interviews was pretty quick, around a 2-3 week turnaround. Waiting for the 3rd round. Will update once I am thru the 3rd round with more details!
