Straight forward and discussed previous experiences. Wanted to know past jobs and how it pertained to current offer. Very good process in my opinion. Easy interview and went rather well.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Walmart

There actually was no interview. I just passed the assessment. The process did take about 3-4 months though. I was very happy with the results. After you pass, they send you an offer letter!
I went to one interview and it took about 3 hours to interview. You wait in a que until it is your turn. Be careful to pay attention because if you miss your turn you have to come back and start the process all over again.
