I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Anaheim, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I applied for a new neighborhood market that was opening and was interviewed at a hiring center. I had two interviews. My first interview was with the support manager. He only asked me "name a time when..." questions. They were very common questions and i had no problem answering them. For my second interview, I was interviewed by an assistant manager. She asked similar questions to the first interview but they were a little more specific. Still pretty easy though. If you look up interview questions and prepare, you should have no problem. After the interview, I was hired on the spot.

Phone interview and then asked to come in for in person interview. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? And asked bout scheduling availability,
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
