Professional setting. Declined position because of lack of availability for my hours at my full time job. Seemed to be an easy going process. Arrive early and ask questions. The more you talk the less they talk.

It was quick. There was a couple behavioral questions, but mostly about availability. They needed a lot of people at that time. There wasn't much to disqualify you, I would say.
Relaxing interview. Felt more like a conversation to know each other better before starting employment. The interviewers were friendly and accommodating, providing me woth additional details on the work environment and and job scope.
