It was horrible, they didn’t really interview. She called me and asked me for my availability and based off that gave me the first day to come in and do orientation. Should have taken that as the first red flag
The fully online interview consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on past experiences and situational responses. Overall, the process was smooth, efficient, clearly organized, and very easy to complete from start to finish without any issues.
She didn’t even ask any interview questions just my availability make sure that your interviewer is Octavia. She is so chill with her associates. It probably only lasted about 10 min
Very simple, previous Walmart employee so they basically just hired me on the spot. Interviewed with manager and answered customer based, situation based, scheduling questions. Over the phone and then in person.
