The interview process was short and informal. They asked about my previous work experience and explained what my responsibilities would be in the roll. They offered me the job within 10 minutes and then gave me a tour of the department
The entire process took about fifteen minutes. Was given a rundown on the basic operation sof the store. Straightforward and simple. No difficult questions. Basic team exercises. Asked how we would handle certain situations.
