Interview usually takes about 15-20 minutes with 2-4 managers asking you questions at the same time, not related to specific field but as overall to work in an organisation. The decision usually takes about 2-3 through an email.

Application process was lengthy. It took them over a month to contact for the interview. I went to the facility where they gave me a tour of the building and area I would be working in. Explained how things worked etc... explained there was a heavy workload, long hours etc...
