I had to answer normal questions STAR type questions. Pretty easy questions and opened at the end for my questions. They were nice and the setting was pretty easy going.
Behavioral questions mainly focusing on your managing skills. It was around 30 mins for the interview. I dressed up formal for the round 1 and got through the round 2

I was answering behavioral questions about resolving associate conflicts and prioritizing tasks. I used the STAR method to demonstrate my leadership style, emphasizing customer service. I really enjoyed the interview
