Submitted my resume online and went there when they contacted by phone. Asked very basic questions which were easy to answer even though I had absolutely no prior experience. Is was my part tumetime job.

How will you handle a customer nicely who is shouting and creating ruckus for returning a product?
The interview process was not too long had us all in a group interview, it was pretty good, not bad. Asked normal questions about customers and role playing questions. Thoughts and opinions about customers and how their experience is important.
The interview was good. Nerve recking but it was good. This website helped me. Interviews can be intimidating but you just have to be yourself when talking. Take a deep breath and everything will be fine
