Interview
I just had my first round interview and it was a very unpleasant experience. It was scheduled by an AI or from a scheduling tool that didn't tell me who I would meet with. Time of the interview, I pick up the call and it seems to be an outsourced team that helps complete initial screenings. The whole conversation was one-sided and felt like I was talking to a robot - she read off a paper and I'd respond. She asked me questions that were already on the application (sponsorship, why I left past companies). It left a bad taste as candidate experience is something that's important for me. I'm not sure if I got into the next round yet, but had such a horrible experience, I had to share.
