They were friendly, warm, enthusiastic, and passionate about their projects. They were interested in my skills and how I well I work with people. They wanted to know how familiar I was with their product, and also wanted to get a sense of how excited I was for the position. They had three directors in my interview because, for this position, I would be working between all three of them. This was helpful to me because I was able to get a good sense of who all I would be working with too.
